Payment is required at least 48 hours in advance for telephone or Zoom appointments, via PayPal or BACS.

Cancellation policy: Please note that 48 hours’ notice is required to rearrange or cancel an appointment. Without this notice the full fee will be charged.

If you are unwell on the day of the appointment then please call as early as possible to rearrange.
